  • Estimated Delivery: Within 5 business days after shipping

4. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal:

  • Contact us at info@purecodron.com with your order number.

  • You must return the product in its original condition and packaging.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Used, damaged, or incomplete items

  • Custom or made-to-order products

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, a refund will be processed within 7 business days, using the original method of payment.

  • If the item is defective or damaged upon arrival (you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery)

Refunds do not include original shipping charges unless the product is defective.
